"We hired Steve Bosch of Bosch Development to build our custom home in 2008. He was absolutely great to work with and produced the finest product! He hired the best and most reliable sub-contractors, kept the job on schedule and continually sent out sub-contract bids for cost savings to the homeowner. He was very detailed oriented and because of his extensive custom home building experience, knew the intricacies of each step in the building process and oversaw it with that attention to detail. In building a custom home there were hundreds of decisions and sometimes design revisions that go with those decisions. Steve was flexible and unflappable throughout the process and also very professional and courteous in his relationship with the sub-contractors, architect, city inspectors and building department, our new neighbors, and especially us, the homeowners. Even though building a custom home is a time consuming and stressful project for all involved, Steve made it seem easy and efficient. He built a beautiful home for us and to this day, we are completely happy with the end result."
Update 2/17: We are sadly in the midst of selling our beloved home. We are retiring to Utah to be near our children and grand children. We had our home inspection here today and the inspectors from Specialty Inspections couldn't give us enough praise about how well built this home is. In fact they even went so far as to say they'd never seen the attention to detail that this home has. I'd say that's quite a compliment to you and the fine work, 8 years later, that you did.
We love everything about this house and will miss living in it. Because of the wonderful home building experience you gave us, we're going to tackle building our next house. That's quite the compliment to you also as you made the process painless for us. Thank you for your integrity and high standard of workmanship all those years ago. "My wife Sherre and I were introduced to Steve Bosch several years back at a social gathering. When we purchased a 30 year old custom in dire need of remodeling, Steve's name again came up.
